Beschreibung

• Provide vision, mentorship, and strategic leadership for a diverse engineering team building and maintaining secure open source libraries at scale • Guide technical direction and product strategy across language ecosystems, dependency management, security hardening, tooling, automation, and services • Set and oversee policies, quality standards, and continuous improvement while balancing security, performance, stability, and customer value • Own development-artifact-specific comparator gates, LLM-based judge rubrics, language-specific build systems, and AI automation • Steer build and testing infrastructure enhancements for reproducible, auditable, and trusted library releases • Oversee vulnerability detection, patching, SBOM and provenance generation across library ecosystems • Partner with engineering and product teams to ensure interoperability and a consistent security posture • Represent Chainguard Libraries externally with partners and community maintainers, driving adoption and awareness

🎯 Anforderungen

• Proven track record managing and scaling technical teams • Experience building or maintaining platforms at scale • Experience managing teams that ship agentic AI in production • Experience shipping agentic tools and designing evaluation suites and LLM-judge rubrics • Experience curating agent knowledge, including skills, prompts, and fixtures • Experience expanding automation behind measurable quality gates • Strong grasp of language ecosystems such as Python, Go, Java, JavaScript, and .NET • Knowledge of build systems, dependency management, release management, and vulnerability management • Experience leading teams working with cloud-native technologies and infrastructure • Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes • Experience with cloud services such as GCP and AWS • Experience with infrastructure as code practices such as Terraform • Growth-minded approach to helping engineers and organizations adapt and thrive
