• Identify strong campaigns for testing across email, social media, and press • Use media to drive campaign impact, victories, and brand awareness • Pitch press and build reporter lists • Suggest stories for social media • Support petition starters in driving campaigns to victory and speaking with press • Write high-performing brand emails for Change.org’s email audience • Monitor compelling issues and news stories to inform campaign selection and escalation • Report to the Senior Communications Manager • Collaborate as a key member of the Communications team

🎯 Anforderungen

• 3–6 years working in organizing or campaigning • 5+ years working in communications • Strong writing skills, including press pitches, marketing emails, and social content • Proven track record landing media hits, including top-tier digital and print publications • Robust relationships with journalists and influencers • Experience building media strategies that drive brand awareness • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, rapid-response environment • Strong sense of what petitions will perform well on social media • Willingness to support policy-compliant campaigns across differing viewpoints • Must be based in one of the listed US locations • Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the role is located
