Beschreibung

• Build meaningful relationships with approximately 250–300 mid-level donors giving $1K–$5K • Guide the Sustaining Partner program for donors giving $1K or more annually • Steward active donors up to $5K and invite increased giving • Create and deploy personalized donor touchpoints through email, calls, letters, and video meetings • Develop individual giving goals and stewardship/ask plans based on donor interests, motivations, history, and capacity • Execute donor engagement plans to upgrade average gifts and improve retention • Lead growth and relational engagement for Sustaining Partners and The Thread recurring-giving programs • Identify and qualify donors capable of making major gifts of $10K or more • Prepare qualified prospects for transition into major-gift portfolios • Support prospect identification, research, qualification, donor profiles, and briefing materials • Support event strategy for the President, Board, President’s Council, and major donors • Maintain constituent records and provide monthly reports on connections, meetings, updates, and performance • Collaborate on strategic plans, annual budgets, and donor communications • Stay current on fundraising best practices, including mid-level giving, major giving, sustaining programs, prospect research, non-cash asset gifts, and planned giving • Perform additional job-related duties as assigned

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree • 5+ years of fundraising and mid- and major-gifts experience • Christian nonprofit experience • Mid- and major-donor cultivation and proposal writing • Proven track record of building donor relationships through giving circles/clubs and personal engagement resulting in multiple annual gifts of $1K-$5K+ • Strong relationship-building skills and ability to move donors toward deeper engagement and increased giving • Experience retaining and upgrading donors through personalized cultivation and solicitation • Experience managing a large portfolio and building scalable systems for meaningful donor touchpoints • Skill in digital and personal donor engagement • Comfort using CRM data and technology to prioritize and systemize donor outreach • Ability to identify, qualify, and develop emerging major-gift prospects • Ability to authentically represent the ministry’s mission, vision, and values • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Excellent project management and organizational skills with high attention to detail • Ability to travel six times a year on average
