Beschreibung

• Support the delivery of complex ERP, digital and transformation programmes for a range of clients • Lead or contribute to workstreams across project delivery, business analysis, PMO, testing, change and transformation activities • Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and act as a valued delivery partner • Facilitate workshops, stakeholder discussions and collaborative design sessions • Translate business needs and strategic objectives into practical plans and deliverable outcomes • Coordinate activity across multiple teams, suppliers and stakeholders to maintain delivery momentum • Identify risks, issues and dependencies and help programmes navigate challenges effectively • Contribute to continuous improvement and help clients realise long-term benefits from transformation initiatives • Identify opportunities to extend client value and support business growth • Contribute to Civiteq's methodologies, toolkits and thought leadership

🎯 Anforderungen

• Experience delivering complex ERP, digital or business transformation programmes • Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills gained within complex organisational environments • Expertise in at least one delivery discipline such as Business Analysis, Project Management, PMO, Testing or Change Management • Ability to work across multiple delivery disciplines and adapt to client needs • Experience facilitating workshops, gathering requirements and engaging diverse stakeholder groups • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse complex challenges and develop practical solutions • Experience managing risks, issues, dependencies and programme delivery activities • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting recommendations to senior stakeholders • Commercial awareness and the ability to identify opportunities to add value for clients • Experience within local government, the public sector or major transformation programmes would be advantageous • Knowledge of ERP platforms such as Oracle Fusion, SAP, Unit4, Microsoft Dynamics or Workday is desirable
