Beschreibung

• Assist clients in managing their Health & Safety commitments as one of WorkNest’s contractual Competent Persons • Manage a portfolio of clients throughout the client lifecycle • Support existing and new clients with practical, tailored Health & Safety advice • Coordinate with the Client Experience team on visit scheduling, service delivery and client relationship management • Ensure contractual obligations and high service standards are met • Divide time between client visits and dedicated administration days • Act as Lead Consultant on designated client accounts • Maintain consistent service delivery and documentation with colleagues involved in each account • Broaden technical expertise and contribute to knowledge sharing • Explore specialist development pathways across Fire Safety, CDM and ISO services

🎯 Anforderungen

• NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent Level 6 qualification • Experience providing practical Health & Safety advice across multiple sectors • Commitment to ongoing professional development and working towards Chartered status • Ability to manage a portfolio of clients and maintain close client relationships • Ability to deliver practical Health & Safety advice tailored to client needs • Ability to work effectively with the Client Experience team • Based in Exeter or Plymouth • Willingness to work as a home-based consultant and attend client visits
