Beschreibung

• Lead the design of reference architectures for integrated building systems in healthcare facilities • Design solutions involving BMS, energy management and control platforms, security, access, video and surveillance, fire and life safety, RTLS, Nurse Call, healthcare technologies, master system integration, cybersecurity, and other low-voltage and connected building technologies • Translate customer requirements into scalable, documented solution designs with defined integration and outcome paths • Recommend system architectures aligned with patient experience, operational efficiency, energy optimization, safety, security, and productivity • Review and build technical specifications, drawings, and integration requirements for major healthcare projects • Lead technical discovery sessions to identify customer challenges, goals, and existing environments • Engage owners, operators, consultants, and partners to understand operational workflows and regional requirements • Act as a trusted advisor throughout the customer journey and communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders • Provide technical leadership in pre-sales engagements without direct quota responsibility • Design customized solutions aligned with customer needs and business outcomes • Deliver product demonstrations highlighting solution value and ROI • Lead architecture discussions, validate feasibility, and address technical objections • Translate technical features into clear business benefits • Maintain understanding of healthcare design principles including uptime, redundancy, resilience, and operational continuity • Analyze customer specifications and single-line diagrams to deliver optimized, cost-effective solutions • Support product lifecycle management and continuous improvement initiatives • Represent technical value in customer presentations, design reviews, and industry discussions • Stay knowledgeable on healthcare developments and drivers, including ventilation, infection control, and energy efficiency • Report to the Sr Sales Manager and collaborate cross-functionally

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field preferred • 5+ years in Healthcare application engineering, solution proposal or solution consulting OR 5+ years in Healthcare Facility Management Leadership AND 3+ years designing building systems in healthcare environments • Strong expertise in healthcare building systems, controls, and integration technologies • Proven ability to translate customer, patient and medical stuff into technical solutions • Ability to analyze technical specifications and propose cost-effective alternatives • Business acumen to connect technical solutions with measurable outcomes • Strong storytelling and presentation skills for customer engagement • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management capabilities • Proficiency in Microsoft Office • Willingness to learn configuration/pricing tools • Experience in healthcare settings, including hospitals, retirement care homes, and clinics • Knowledge of smart Hospital ecosystems • Ability to identify market opportunities and drive innovation initiatives • Experience influencing product strategy or standardization efforts
