Beschreibung

• Manage caregivers within the assigned area and hold them accountable for deliverables and standards • Promote continued education, training and professional development of department staff • Communicate corporate compliance standards and procedures • Supervise teams and administer performance reviews and evaluations • Provide staff counseling and support professional growth • Manage, organize and plan team activities • Provide input into the department IT technology plan • Ensure team goals and objectives are achieved • Partner with the product director and collaborate with teams to ensure successful delivery of work • Provide feedback to support the product director in advising customer strategy for respective services • Document and maintain departmental operational policies and procedures • Manage contractors as part of squads in support of financial stewardship • Manage team budgets and lead human resources responsibilities • Deliver work solutions and deliverables as part of a squad when needed • Support agile practices throughout squads in partnership with the Domain Advisor • Provide leadership to direct and indirect reports • Build operating and capital budgets, review monthly finances, explain variances to leadership, drive efficiencies and achieve financial goals • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field and four years of functionally related technical experience leading people, process, or technology • Alternatively, four years of functionally related technical experience leading people, process, or technology and an additional two years of leading people may offset the degree requirement • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be flexible and agile to meet business objectives • Demonstrated experience with financial budget planning, managing, analysis and reporting • Experience understanding human resources practices including recruitment and retention, conflict resolution and group dynamics • Leadership skills • Availability after hours for support by pager and computer dial-in • Frequent sitting and use of telephone and personal computer • Frequent talking and listening when giving instructions and explanations • Ability to follow standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required • Compliance with controlled-substance testing after an offer • Compliance with annual influenza vaccination program or approved exemption
