Beschreibung

• Define the strategy for identity risk and posture and establish what scores must mean for customer action • Own scoring end to end, including the model, weighting, signal trace, and customer tuning controls • Decide which third-party signals feed scores, including Okta and Entra signals • Set direction for the posture and detection surface, including checks, findings, cases, and reporting • Deliver actionable posture findings with observed details, timing, and affected resources • Maintain security and privacy standards for customer identity data, including tenant isolation, score-trace access control, and watch-before-enforce safeguards • Work with customers, design partners, and field teams to understand risks and validate requirements • Learn consuming product-team roadmaps and design services that avoid custom integrations • Publish adoption metrics for risk and posture and promote API-first integration • Track developments in identity security posture management, shared signals, and AI agent identity standards and incorporate them into the roadmap • Collaborate closely with data science, revenue operations, engineering organizations, and the field

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in AI/ML, cybersecurity, identity, or enterprise SaaS • Familiarity with identity and access management (IAM), privileged access management (PAM), and identity governance (IGA) • Understanding of modern AI/ML concepts, including large language models, multi-agent systems, context engineering, MCP, and A2A • Expertise in model fine-tuning and training • Ability to discuss technical tradeoffs with engineering teams and ensure product requirements reflect best practices in agent-enabled systems • Proven ability to work with data scientists, engineers, and UX professionals to define, prioritize, and deliver scalable solutions • Knowledge of compliance, security, and privacy best practices relevant to enterprise software and AI products • Demonstrable record of managing and launching AI-driven or data-centric products through the full product lifecycle • Experience supporting or growing open-source AI platforms and/or direct customer-facing products • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for translating technical capabilities into business value • Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP preferred • Experience with PAM/IGA governance initiatives preferred • Experience engaging with open-source or technical user communities preferred • Ability to travel up to 25% • Successful completion of a comprehensive criminal background check, education verification, and employment verification upon conditional offer
