Beschreibung

• Drive and manage portfolios of key suppliers for profitable and sustainable growth of the Water Treatment Value Add (WTVA) product portfolio • Manage WTVA products across Industrial and Municipal markets within the assigned region • Work with District Sales leadership, generalist sellers, technical specialists, customer service, operations, and purchasing to execute Brenntag’s WTVA value proposition • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with suppliers, the Brenntag sales force, Sales and District Management, and the Water Treatment team • Design and execute marketing plans for each product line • Negotiate off-list pricing for strategic and long-term opportunities • Manage off-list pricing and supplier/product-category claims • Oversee WTVA product code setups in the designated region • Develop product-line budgets with Water Treatment leadership and ensure products meet or exceed annual budgets • Monitor product-line pipelines, wins, losses, and threats to support annual budget and margin-bridge planning • Drive sales activity on open or lost opportunities to close or regain business • Communicate and implement price changes, including price drivers and market intelligence for sales teams • Manage sell prices for the designated product portfolio • Own supplier contract management for new and existing suppliers • Optimize inventory levels, locations, pricing, and packaging • Align with regions on purchasing WTVA-classified products • Identify cost-reduction opportunities on WTVA products • Support sales teams with joint customer calls • Promote applicable product lines internally and support external marketing activities

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent industry experience • Minimum of 3–5 years of product management experience; water treatment industry experience preferred • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM tools; Salesforce preferred • Strong understanding of industrial and commercial water treatment markets and value-added selling models • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills • Ability to influence internally and externally • Highly effective relationship-building ability • Ability to travel up to 40% of the time depending on business needs and job stage
