Beschreibung

• Conduct Loss Control Surveys for all client accounts within the assigned Midwest and Eastern territory • Conduct extensive survey evaluations/audits of commercial auto product line accounts, including passenger transportation, trucking, and car rental operations • Respond to assigned visit requests within the region • Identify and communicate with underwriters regarding potential accounts requiring visits • Write comprehensive reports detailing visit and survey findings and recommendations to improve policyholder operations • Conduct follow-up assessments based on approved post-visit plans • Manage scheduling with policyholders, underwriters, and home office staff • Address safety and compliance needs within the assigned territory and collaborate with staff as necessary • Establish working relationships with underwriters across product lines and with the claims group • Submit reports and findings to requesting underwriters and the total quality administrator • Stay current with local transportation regulations, state DOT requirements, and applicable OSHA regulations • Participate in policyholder meetings and seminars at client locations, online, and at company or industry events • Write and edit safety articles as necessary • Manage email, web, and cell phone communications promptly and appropriately • Travel 75–80%, primarily within OH, PA, DE, DC, MD, VA, and West Virginia • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Anforderungen

• Proficient in all standard Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint • Proficient in the use of virtual meeting software • Comfortable learning and utilizing custom web reporting software and navigating the company website as a resource • Proficient in Federal Motor Carrier (US DOT) regulations, preferably including passenger transportation and applicability of such • Strong communication and organizational skills • At least five years of related experience covering a safety or loss control-related function within the commercial auto industry • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. • Employer cannot sponsor or take over work authorization sponsorship now or in the future
