Beschreibung

• Manage day-to-day supply chain and procurement activities, supporting the team to deliver quality outcomes • Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, negotiating contracts, and supplier management • Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company goals, cost savings, and quality standards • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify procurement needs and ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and services • Build and maintain supplier relationships, negotiate favorable terms, and ensure contract compliance • Monitor market trends and conduct supplier assessments to ensure competitive pricing and quality • Ensure compliance with internal policies, legal regulations, and industry standards throughout the procurement process • Manage competing priorities and develop the team

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred, with extensive experience in procurement or supply chain management • Proven experience in managing procurement operations, including vendor negotiation, contract management, and strategic sourcing • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage procurement teams and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in managing procurement budgets and identifying cost-saving opportunities • Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to driving efficiency and compliance in procurement operations • Willingness to travel as required (approximately 10%) • Legal right to work in the country where the role is based
