Beschreibung

• Provide oversight, training, and performance management to a remote team of Service Center Coordinators. • Educate coordinators on accountability and accuracy in the work order process and its impact on incentive fee submissions. • Lead the remote team and ensure standard operating procedures for work order prioritization and processing are followed. • Oversee, review, and enter work orders; maintain data integrity using property management software. • Identify and remedy inconsistencies in turn, maintenance, and purchase order documentation. • Oversee compliance with work order reporting requirements. • Gather and synthesize critical business data; monitor work order closure rates through KPIs and report on status and concerns. • Communicate with local property management leadership regarding work orders requiring escalation. • Provide professional support for escalated customer service issues. • Maintain expert knowledge of property management software and ensure data integrity through auditing, validation, and testing. • Coach, motivate, mentor, recruit, and retain Service Center Coordinators in collaboration with the Regional Service Manager. • Perform all duties of a Service Center Coordinator. • Perform other duties as assigned.

🎯 Anforderungen

• 3+ years of relevant work experience with a minimum of 6 months experience in residential property management. • One year experience in a supervisory role leading a team is required. • Proven success with work order tracking and dispatch, including opening, tracking, and managing the process surrounding work orders and purchase orders. • Proven ability to develop, inspire, and manage high-performing teams, including remote employees. • Detail and process oriented; ability to deploy and train on standard operating procedures and workflows. • Ability to professionally interact with individuals with diverse backgrounds and resolve escalated customer concerns. • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and projects in a dynamic environment. • Ability to act with integrity, honesty, and professionalism. • Proactive problem-solving and strong decision-making capability. • Independent, self-motivated, and able to operate effectively in a remote team environment. • Ability to balance long-term assignments with daily responsibilities and adapt to changing priorities. • Computer proficiency, including word processing, spreadsheet, and database software. • Proficiency utilizing property management software. • Ability to work in a paperless environment and navigate between different software programs. • Ability to travel up to 20%. • Must live within a reasonable driving distance of one of the listed military bases.
