Beschreibung

• Work with software engineering teams and business and product stakeholders to align enterprise needs • Understand product dependencies to refine the roadmap, establish completion timelines, and institute success metrics • Drive roadmap progress and manage expectations for a broad stakeholder group • Communicate progress and findings through product briefs, status updates, and demos • Ensure adoption and interoperability across the Real Estate Solutions business • Work with clients and partners to understand business needs, workflows, and long-term objectives • Turn client and partner knowledge into collaborative solutions

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years working with or leading successful teams focused on product management or development • Recent mortgage lending or financial services technology experience • Ability to quickly learn the overall technology stack and ancillary solutions • Proven decision-making skills and experience guiding prioritization • Ability to make trade-off decisions balancing customer needs and technology constraints • Track record of delivering quality work on time with cross-functional teams • Knowledge of UX design, technology, and data analysis • Additional mortgage industry domain experience as a business leader, engineer, technical business analyst, or product manager • Experience helping design and implement large-scale event-driven architectures • Understanding of Lean Software Development principles • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related technical discipline
