Beschreibung

• Manage and grow a portfolio of dealer clients across Northwestern Ohio and Detroit South with lines of credit ranging from $50,000 to $2.5M • Build and maintain client relationships • Optimize portfolio performance through clients’ use of lines of credit • Identify and mitigate pre-default account risk • Support post-default collections on defaulted accounts • Act as a floor plan subject matter expert for portfolio clients • Engage clients in person or virtually to achieve company goals and maximize profitability • Educate and coach clients on performance behaviors, self-service options, best practices, policies and expectations • Collect and analyze client financial information, reports and dashboards • Identify growth opportunities and clients experiencing financial distress using historical data and tools • Collaborate with Risk and Recovery on pre-default mitigation and post-default collections • Inspect inventory and ensure audit, inventory and repossession quality control • Identify and report policy non-compliance, fraud or other circumstances requiring company protection • Document conversations, activities and client interactions in Salesforce and complete required campaigns • Onboard new clients • Cultivate Cox Automotive cross-functional business relationships and opportunities

🎯 Anforderungen

• BA/BS with 4+ years related experience in finance, client facing, B2B, account management and/or collections, or a combination of an MS degree and 2+ years, or 8 years of experience in lieu of a degree • Knowledge of the automotive industry • Knowledge of the finance industry • Proficiency in reading and analyzing financials such as profit & loss, balance sheet, tax returns and bank statements preferred • Strong financial acumen and working knowledge of key financial tools and terminology • Ability to identify risk indicators through data tools • Strong presentation, verbal and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal skills • Strong time management skills • Strong negotiation and collection skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and in a remote environment • Ability to maintain a high level of safety awareness and take necessary safety precautions • Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams and Salesforce • Automotive and/or floorplan industry background preferred • Financial knowledge and acumen preferred • Ability to visit clients at least 60% of the time with occasional overnight travel • Ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time • Valid driver’s license is required • Must permanently live in the assigned territory; center of market is Northwestern Ohio - Toledo • Must currently be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without current or future sponsorship • No OPT, CPT, STEM/OPT or visa sponsorship now or in future • Must clear a pre-employment drug test
