Beschreibung

• Assist clients in optimizing business operations through implementation and maintenance of ERP systems • Understand clients’ operational challenges, analyze existing processes, and recommend ERP-based solutions • Collaborate with project managers, developers, business analysts, and other cross-functional teams • Review customer business artifacts, project parameters, and sales handover materials • Conduct current-process reviews and align customer processes with best practices • Assist with ERP environment configuration and inform customers about ERP features and functionality • Guide customers through business-process design, modeling, testing, and evaluation • Identify process-improvement opportunities and create functional specifications and solution documents • Ensure validated configuration data is updated in the production environment • Assist with end-user procedure documentation and customer training • Support scenario, end-to-end, and User Acceptance testing • Assess customer Go-Live readiness and support customers through Go Live • Prepare, maintain, and publish project documentation and communications • Communicate project issues and risks and coordinate with project managers and consulting resources • Build trusted relationships with customer teams, partners, and industry peers • Apply change-management techniques and pursue referenceable customer experiences • Maintain billable utilization of 75% or above • Achieve at least one Epicor certification badge • Contribute to improvement of Cre8tive methodologies and tools • At Level 2, mentor junior consultants and present at department and company meetings • At Level 3, drive methodology improvements, maintain executive stakeholder relationships, recommend innovative solutions, and support pre-sales, training, documentation, and customer presentations

🎯 Anforderungen

• All levels must attend annual company-wide and department ITAR training and comply with ITAR standards • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required • 3+ years of consulting, business application training, ERP implementation, and/or customer support in Epicor or similar systems required • Epicor ERP software experience preferred • Strong knowledge of manufacturing, operations, and supply chain business processes across various industries • Experience developing and improving business processes in manufacturing, operations, and supply chain • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Experience in the Aerospace and Defense industry preferred • Experience with Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams required • Experience with Smartsheet preferred • Must be able to maintain an aggressive travel schedule of up to 50% • Proficient in core quote-to-ship processes: quote, order, planning, purchasing, production, shipping, receiving, quality, inventory, and labor entry • Working knowledge of BAQs, DMT, and Document Attachment • Level 2 requires proficiency in BAQs, DMT, and Document Attachment and developing proficiency in advanced modules • Level 3 requires proficiency in several advanced ERP modules • Ability to use Epicor Kinetic software for finance-related processes • Ability to work collaboratively, lead teams through change, model best practices, and maintain deliverables • Ability to continuously improve ERP processes and methodologies • Must meet physical demands including computer operation, clear communication, prolonged sedentary work, and manipulating objects weighing at least 25 pounds
