Beschreibung

• Process and sync orders flawlessly using WooCommerce and QuickBooks • Validate order details, ensuring pricing and fulfillment terms are spot-on • Partner with logistics and warehouse teams to keep shipments moving accurately and on schedule • Manage order logistics, including troubleshooting changes and keeping customers in the loop • Manage the scheduling of LTL freight for both outbound customer pickups and internal transfers • Coordinate delivery schedules across a network of carriers, warehouses, and external clients • Oversee transit accuracy by tracking shipments and resolving any logistical hurdles, from damage claims to delivery delays • Support sales operations through account management, order monitoring, and price list maintenance • Coordinate special requests and pricing approvals across departments to ensure timely execution • Organize and update customer files, ensuring all records are accurate and easily accessible • Generate and share inventory reports to ensure sales and operations are always aligned • Manage sales reporting, including automated weekly updates and custom ad-hoc requests • Track inventory movement to proactively flag stock-outs or fulfillment risks

🎯 Anforderungen

• 2+ years of experience in sales operations, order management, logistics, or a related role • Hands-on experience with QuickBooks and/or WooCommerce strongly preferred • Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets • Experience in Adobe Illustrator is a plus • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines • Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset • Preferred Qualifications: Experience coordinating LTL freight shipments, Background in CPG, wholesale, or e-commerce environments, Familiarity with inventory management and fulfillment workflows • Minimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements: • - Internet Connection: • - Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps. • - Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps. • - Primary Device: • - Desktop or laptop equipped with at least: • - Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or an equivalent processor. • - A minimum of 8 GB RAM. • - Backup Device: • - Must meet or exceed the performance of an Intel Core i3 processor. • - Must be functional during power interruptions. • - A functioning webcam. • - A noise-canceling USB headset. • - A quiet, dedicated home office space. • - Peripherals and Workspace: A smartphone for communication and verification purposes.
