Beschreibung

• Own the data and machine learning roadmap and tie it to product outcomes and company metrics • Partner with product, engineering, and operations to turn data into shipped features, including smarter routing, batching, deadhead reduction, pricing, and ETA accuracy • Identify and drive machine learning and modern AI opportunities from concept to production • Lead machine learning strategy for routing and optimization, demand forecasting, pricing, and delivery intelligence • Move models from prototype to production and own performance, monitoring, and iteration • Make build-versus-buy decisions for models, tooling, and AI infrastructure • Own analytics, metrics, dashboards, and analyses used by leadership • Drive data-informed decision-making across GTM, operations, and finance • Deepen understanding of customers and lanes, including penetration, expansion, and delivery economics • Own the Snowflake data platform and warehouse, including modeling, semantics, and quality • Establish data governance, reliability, and trust • Scale pipelines and infrastructure with company growth • Build, hire, and mentor a high-performing data and ML team • Establish analytical foundations and best practices as the team grows • Lead data and AI initiatives for Curri, which provides on-demand last-mile logistics for construction and adjacent industries

🎯 Anforderungen

• 8+ years in data and/or ML • 3+ years leading teams at a high-growth company • Track record of product impact • Genuine depth in machine learning, including shipping models into production and owning their outcomes • Fluency with a modern data stack, including Snowflake or equivalent • Strong product and business instincts • History of connecting data work to measurable outcomes and influencing roadmaps alongside product and engineering leaders • Builder's bias and clear communication • Comfortable working hands-on early while scaling a team • Able to earn trust from executives and engineers • Logistics, marketplace, or operations-heavy domain experience is a bonus • Experience standing up an AI-native/agentic approach to data and internal tooling is a bonus • Legally authorized to work in the United States
