Beschreibung

• Lead Ludia's internal AI strategy, roadmap, policy, governance, platform register, and AI budget • Lead the Ludia Labs AI engineering team and all Customer AI Implementation projects • Report to the Chief Operations Officer; meet with the CEO monthly and AI Steering Committee quarterly • Build, review, and ship AI agents, copilots, accelerators, and customer AI solutions into production • Define AI architecture, development standards, prompt and grounding practices, evaluation, testing, security, and definition of done • Build shared SDKs, templates, reusable components, RAG pipelines over Azure AI Search, evaluation harnesses, CI/CD, and observability using Azure DevOps or GitHub • Operate AI production foundations including telemetry, monitoring, ALM, human-in-the-loop controls, and responsible-AI guardrails • Choose development platforms and make build-versus-buy decisions across Copilot Studio, Microsoft Foundry, and Microsoft Agent Framework • Identify, prioritize, pilot, measure, scale, or terminate automation opportunities across Operations, Delivery, Sales, Marketing, and Talent • Build, version, document, support, and deploy Ludia Labs accelerators for customer projects • Lead AI security, incident processes, access controls, data residency, audit trails, prompt-injection defense, and content safety • Drive AI literacy through training, office hours, hands-on sessions, demos, and mentoring • Serve as primary point of contact for AI products and customers, manage escalations, resolve issues, and share customer feedback • Maintain 50% billable utilization and identify account expansion opportunities with Sales • Represent Ludia in executive briefings, steering committees, and quarterly business reviews

🎯 Anforderungen

• 10+ years in AI, data, or solution architecture roles, with at least 3 of those years leading an AI team, practice, or capability • A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience • A track record of shipping AI agents and copilots into production, with real users and measurable value behind them • Deep, hands-on knowledge of Dynamics 365, including Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Finance & Supply Chain, plus Power Platform and Dataverse • Ability to write code and build agents using C#/.NET, Python, or TypeScript • Hands-on command of Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 Copilot extensibility and declarative agents, Microsoft Foundry, Azure OpenAI, and Azure AI Search • Fluency with RAG, grounding, multi-agent orchestration, evaluation, human-in-the-loop, and telemetry • Experience with Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, or Microsoft Agent Framework, and protocols such as MCP and A2A • Experience owning an AI acceptable-use policy or governance program and AI budget in a company handling client data • Experience with AI security and responsible AI, including access controls, data residency, audit trails, prompt-injection defense, content safety, Entra ID, DLP, environments, and ALM • Working knowledge of Microsoft Fabric, Dataverse, and Power Platform • Ability to communicate with executives, lead change, teach, mentor engineers, and raise AI literacy • Preferred: experience in Physical Operations verticals and Dynamics 365, especially F&SC, Customer Engagement, and Field Service • Preferred: Microsoft AI certifications, especially AB-731 and AB-100 • Preferred: experience building reusable accelerators, IP, or marketplace solutions • Preferred: familiarity with ISO/IEC 42001 or comparable AI management standards and US state and EU AI rules • Desirable: AI Agent Builder Associate (AB-620) or Azure AI Engineer Associate (AI-102) • Ability to travel occasionally within the United States for Microsoft, client, or industry events
