Beschreibung

• Drive capital equipment sales and support growth of SCIEX’s capillary electrophoresis business within the assigned territory • Acquire new customers, expand existing relationships, and manage key customers across Life Sciences, Biopharma, Omics, and Industrial markets • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and accurately forecast monthly and quarterly sales • Act as a subject matter authority on analytical workflows and provide CE sales expertise on markets, applications, competition, and customer value propositions • Apply knowledge of separation sciences, capillary electrophoresis, HPLC, and related technologies • Work in a team-selling environment with Applications Support, Field Service, Product Demonstration, Product Management, and Market Development Managers • Use sales tools, CRM, and account-planning tools to manage the sales funnel and achieve business results • Continuously grow prospects and funnel • Report to the District Sales Manager, South Central, as part of the Commercial Sales team

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in a life sciences discipline required • Minimum of 3 years of successful capital equipment sales experience, preferably within life sciences or analytical instrumentation • Proven ability to grow and manage complex territories and customer portfolios • Demonstrated ownership mindset with accountability for results • Must reside in Delaware, Eastern Pennsylvania, Connecticut, New Jersey, or New York • Ability to travel within the territory and work remotely from a home office • Ability to travel 50% plus, including overnight travel, within the territory or applicable locations • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record • Strong initiative and willingness to take ownership for results • Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills • Ability to bring different departments together for optimal results • Ability to build strong internal and external relationships
