Beschreibung

• Validate new Chemistry and Immunoassay instrument installations against Beckman Coulter and customer requirements • Collaborate with customer Key Operators during validation to reinforce training and ensure readiness • Address operational and performance questions in line with specifications and regulatory standards • Partner with Technical Support, Field Service, Sales, and Customer Training teams • Prepare customers for and complete instrumentation validation studies, including instrument setup, calibration, precision studies, and method comparisons • Provide onsite and remote phone support for assay- and QC-related questions • Provide onsite training for proper instrumentation operation

🎯 Anforderungen

• Associate's degree with a minimum combined experience of 3+ years in laboratory/diagnostic instrumentation or another related field • Advanced understanding of the diagnostics or healthcare industry, with heavy emphasis on the laboratory regulatory environment • Up to 95% flying and/or driving travel, including overnight stays; primarily domestic with occasional international travel • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record • Ability to regularly lift, move, slide, raise, or place up to 50 lbs • Ability to stand, walk for prolonged periods, and sit; squat and kneel; ascend and descend stairs; reach with hands and arms • Bachelor's degree is a plus • Medical Laboratory Science experience is a plus • Experience with standard laboratory management practices, including quality control, record keeping, and regulatory requirements (CAP, CLIA, COLA), is a plus
