Beschreibung

• Collaborate with the Lead to provide operational and strategic support for Application Operations Center and Post Production Validation teams • Identify, evaluate, and implement automation opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce manual workload • Recommend and deploy advanced tools and methodologies for application operations and validation activities • Analyze workflows and develop documentation for standard operating procedures and best practices • Oversee daily application support and monitoring activities to ensure system stability, performance, and reliability • Coordinate task execution with onshore and offshore teams and promote adoption of new processes and technologies • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports tracking key performance indicators and present findings to leadership • Ensure automation and process improvements comply with organizational standards and regulatory requirements • Facilitate knowledge sharing, training, and change management activities • Engage stakeholders to gather requirements, understand challenges, and communicate progress on automation initiatives

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree • 5 or more years of technical experience • Experience with the technologies in use in the application(s) or infrastructure • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across varying levels of personnel • Experience with unit testing and mocking • Passion for contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences • Ability to create and maintain testing strategies aligned with Humana’s Quality Enablement and Test Strategy guidelines • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy • Effective communication and collaboration skills, working with cross-functional teams
