Beschreibung

• Engage healthcare providers through in-person, virtual, and digital tools • Provide expertise on products and their approved conditions • Conduct proactive outreach to HCPs regarding product access, on-label information, and established patient care guidance • Direct customers to Customer Service Specialists and other colleagues as needed • Ensure customer requests are met and solicit engagement-quality feedback • Facilitate speaker programs • Organize local provider groups to discuss experiences and outcomes with local and regional leaders • Elevate opportunities, feedback, and local market insights to the Area Business Lead • Collaborate compliantly with the ecosystem team to adjust targeting and call-point plans • Use customer-facing insights to inform local strategy and business goals • Track territory progress and identify opportunities using competitive data, business reports, sales data, and promotional budgets • Educate office staff on payer guidelines and reimbursement procedures • Deliver office calls and sales presentations using approved marketing materials and technical references • Build relationships with office and practice personnel to support patient health and outcomes • Report directly to the Area Business Lead and coordinate with Medical, Market Access, and Patient Support colleagues

🎯 Anforderungen

• Minimum 2 years of pharmaceutical or medical device sales experience • Must reside within a commutable distance of 50 miles from the primary city in the sales territory • Previous cross-functional industry experience in commercial life sciences or a related industry • 4 or more years of experience working in a sales role with healthcare providers, ideally representing multiple products • Ability to work in an ambiguous environment undergoing transformation • Proven track record in coaching, training, and mentoring peers or others • Commitment to ethical business practices and understanding of regulatory standards • Ability to execute business activities in compliance with Company policies and guidance • Ability to assimilate and communicate complex clinical and product information • Knowledge of territory and business conditions impacting sales results • Ability to educate office staff on payer guidelines and reimbursement procedures • Ability to utilize promotional materials effectively • Knowledge of internal support team resources and ability to use them appropriately • Ability to apply market and industry knowledge to overcome objections and influence prescribing habits • Ability to identify territory professional groups and network with potential key opinion leaders • Ability to build relationships with office and practice personnel • Competent knowledge of own products and competition • Ability to deliver balanced office calls and sales presentations using approved marketing materials and technical references
