Beschreibung

• Lead the strategic partnership motion across Databricks' highest-tier named Platinum-tier partners in EMEA • Drive partner-impacted consumption, partner-sourced pipeline, executive alignment, and joint innovation at scale • Own and drive the EMEA GSI strategy across named Platinum-tier partners • Engage C-Suite leaders to co-develop EMEA strategies and business plans covering consumption, bookings, certification, and joint innovation • Lead partners through Databricks platform innovation including Lakebase, Genie, AI/BI, Agentic AI, and platform expansion • Drive joint co-innovation around repeatable IP and Brickbuilder Solutions • Activate go-to-market campaigns and partner-led migration motions • Manage a team of EMEA partner managers, including the Alliance Director responsible for Gold-tier and Rising Silver partner portfolios • Coach, develop, and provide strategic direction to the team • Collaborate with regional leadership and partner sales teams on strategy, planning, and governance • Align with regional partner sales leaders to drive sourced and consumption growth • Build executive-level relationships and establish quarterly business reviews, joint planning sessions, and strategic alignment meetings • Own the partner-facing governance model for accurate attribution of partner-sourced and delivery pipeline • Create structured plans and track key metrics for partners and cross-functional teams • Develop training and enablement strategies driving technical certifications, sales badges, and delivery expertise • Secure investment and establish repeatable IP and solution investment programs

🎯 Anforderungen

• Extensive experience securing and supporting strategic partnerships in EMEA, with progressive leadership experience at a reputable technology organization • Track record managing, hiring, developing, and leading alliance professionals to exceed target goals • Deep expertise in Global Systems Integrator partner organizations, stakeholders, strategies, cultures, market offerings, and joint value propositions • Experience working with partners such as Accenture, Deloitte, Capgemini, EY, or equivalent • Proven executive presence and C-Suite engagement with regional and global partner executives • Deep domain experience in enterprise infrastructure, cloud, data, and AI/analytics • Ability to articulate the value of the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform • Demonstrated track record driving measurable partner-sourced and partner-initiated pipeline • Experience designing and running structured joint campaigns, Big Bet account engagements, and scalable partner-led sales plays • Experience driving results in a hyper-growth, multi-billion-dollar enterprise organization • AI fluency, including daily use of AI tools and understanding of agentic AI and emerging AI capabilities • Strong written, verbal, presentation, and organizational skills
