Beschreibung

• Drive the development and execution of clinical interventions to achieve top-tier performance and patient outcomes across your geography. • Build and maintain collaborative, high-impact relationships with nephrology practices and healthcare providers, drive behavior change and clinical alignment. • Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of clinical (Nurses, Care Coordinators) and non-clinical teammates, fostering a "Village" culture that is both high-performing and engaging. • Monitor operating results, deliver monthly operating reviews (MORs), and identify opportunities to scale the IKC program within your market. • Partner with the broader DaVita enterprise to ensure IKC initiatives are seamlessly integrated and drive total-village success. • Implement new and novel practices to address the totality of kidney patient healthcare needs.

🎯 Anforderungen

• 8+ years of experience leading robust regional teams with significant budget/P&L accountability. • Deep understanding of Value-Based Care models and the clinical/operational levers that move the needle on medical spend and patient outcomes. • Proven track record of influencing physicians and healthcare partners to adopt new models of care. • Experience managing clinical staff (NPs, RNs, etc.) is highly preferred. • Bachelor’s degree required; Masters (MBA/MHA) strongly preferred. • Ability to travel up to 50% within the geography to build presence and drive field results.
