Beschreibung

• Collaborate with executive leadership to drive business growth and profitability • Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting process, bridging company strategy to operational tactics and financial outcomes • Provide insights into market trends and internal metrics to support data-driven decision-making • Drive financial discipline across the organization by working closely with leaders to provide visibility and hold teams accountable • Oversee cash management and banking activities for the company • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, driving for efficiency and scalability • Mentor and develop a high-performing finance team to foster excellence, accountability, collaboration and transparency • Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including our parent company, financial institutions, and key vendors

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting or related field; MBA or CPA preferred • 10+ years of finance and leadership experience • Restaurant industry experience is highly preferred • Proven track record in financial strategy, planning, and analysis • Strong leadership and team management skills • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
