Das E-Verify-Programm ist ein webbasiertes System zur Überprüfung der Beschäftigungsberechtigung, das vom US-Heimatschutzministerium betrieben wird. Es ermöglicht teilnehmenden US-Arbeitgebern, die Identität und Arbeitsgenehmigung neuer (und einiger bestehender) Mitarbeiter elektronisch zu bestätigen, indem die von den Mitarbeitern bereitgestellten I-9-Formulare mit Bundesdatenbanken verglichen werden. Das Programm umfasst Ressourcen für Arbeitgeber und Arbeitnehmer (myE-Verify), erweiterte Funktionen wie E-Verify+, Fotomatching, Führerscheinverifizierung, Berichtswerkzeuge, Compliance-Richtlinien für Bundesauftragnehmer, Schulungen/Webinare sowie Datenschutz- und Nutzungsrichtlinien. E-Verify ist ein offizieller Regierungsdienst, der sich auf die rechtmäßige Überprüfung der Beschäftigung und die Einhaltung von Einwanderungs- und Einstellungsverordnungen durch Arbeitgeber konzentriert.

Beschreibung

• Lead planning, coordination, execution, and quality control of the FSA Safeguards program • Develop and maintain Safeguards program plans, requirements documentation, security reports, inspection plans, procedures, scorecards, executive presentations, and implementation guidance • Translate IRS Publication 1075, FTI protection requirements, and Federal security requirements into actionable controls, crosswalks, processes, evidence requirements, and stakeholder guidance • Coordinate business offices, system owners, technical teams, contractors, hosting/processing locations, and Government stakeholders • Direct security and vulnerability risk assessments, security assessments, inspections, and Blue/White/Red Team activities • Coordinate cloud security expertise and assess compliance evidence, policies, procedures, and technical artifacts • Track Safeguards risks, findings, dependencies, corrective actions, and FTI POA&Ms through remediation and closure • Lead continuous monitoring and recurring compliance reviews • Lead requirements gathering and change coordination • Direct quality reviews of assessment evidence, security documentation, findings, reports, policies, procedures, and Safeguards deliverables • Provide senior security and compliance guidance for assigned non-FTI ATO activities • Coordinate multidisciplinary Safeguards specialists to resolve complex assessment, architecture, cloud, risk, policy, and compliance issues

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline • Over 10 years of experience in information assurance, cybersecurity, security compliance, security assessment, risk management, or a directly related subject area • Senior industry professional certification such as CISSP or equivalent • Demonstrated experience providing technical and management leadership on major cybersecurity, information assurance, compliance, or technology assignments • Expert knowledge of Federal security requirements, security controls, assessments, risk management, continuous monitoring, findings/POA&M management, and compliance • Experience directing and controlling client activities and managing methods, staffing, resources, and execution • Experience interfacing and negotiating with clients and senior management • Ability to make high-impact technical and management decisions requiring expert domain knowledge • Experience leading multidisciplinary cybersecurity/compliance teams and supervising personnel or technical workstreams • Experience with IRS Publication 1075/FTI security requirements or comparable regulated-data security environments • Ability to obtain a 6c Public Trust • At least an active Secret clearance is highly preferred • U.S. Citizenship is required
