Beschreibung

• Lead the Compliance and Audit team in initiating, reviewing, closing, and reporting on FCRA permissible purpose audits of First Advantage’s customer base. • Receive, coordinate, and oversee incoming vendor compliance audits from various First Advantage vendors, accreditors, and occasionally regulators. • Participate in the intake, review, and completion of due diligence questionnaires related to First Advantage’s compliance and privacy controls. • Oversee and participate in the execution and reporting of the Legal and Compliance components of First Advantage’s Third-Party Risk Vendor Management program. • Support other compliance initiatives as needed, including product and SOP reviews, policy creation and review, line of business audits, and training initiatives. • Manage a small team of audit professionals. • Focus on operational legal and compliance functions; the Legal department retains final ownership of legal analysis, risk assessment, and policy positions.

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of progressive experience in legal operations, compliance, audits, or a related field, preferably at a Consumer Reporting Agency. • Proven experience leading audit functions, which can include Third-Party Risk Management, Due Diligence, and certification audits. • Experience with operational policy creation and compliance is preferred. • Strong written communication skills with the ability to translate complex regulatory content for non-legal stakeholders and present audit findings to leadership committees. • Ability to manage multiple inputs, deadlines, and cross-functional stakeholders. • Familiarity with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) is required. • Familiarity with Data Privacy Laws (including CCPA, HIPAA, etc.) and the Federal Corrupt Practices Act is preferred.
