Beschreibung

• Perform analytic audits of B2B analytic products and B2C myfico.com platforms • Evaluate how models, data, and business processes are built, tested, and controlled • Apply hypothesis-driven compliance monitoring and periodic testing • Investigate data and process anomalies, form root-cause hypotheses, and validate them with evidence • Analyze samples of data, transactions, or system outputs to test control effectiveness • Document audit methodology and findings for technical and non-technical stakeholders • Develop working knowledge of FICO's product development lifecycle, data ecosystems, and controls • Partner with engineering, product, and data science teams • Track findings through resolution and escalate to senior staff as needed • Contribute to management reporting on compliance program performance • Monitor state and federal regulations, consumer protection, and data privacy best practices • Maintain confidentiality and meet deadlines while managing multiple concurrent reviews

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field (data science, statistics, computer science, applied math, economics, or related quantitative discipline) (Highly Preferred) • Demonstrated experience in data analysis, analytics, quantitative research, or a related technical role • Prior exposure or experience supporting compliance analytics, evaluating risks, and maintaining applicable documentation highly preferred • Experience working in a highly regulated industry (banking, consumer lending, healthcare, insurance, fintech) highly preferred • Experience auditing analytics preferred • Natural investigative mindset and curiosity • Strong attention to detail and analytical rigor • Ability to translate technical findings into clear written and verbal communication for non-technical audiences • Comfort with Excel, including pivot tables • Jira, Tableau, or similar tools are a strong plus • Skilled in using AI tools to increase efficiency across the analytic workflow • Proactive, self-motivated, and collaborative • Comfortable learning on the job in a highly regulated, fast-moving environment
