Beschreibung

• Manage assigned vendor contracting end to end, including pricing, commercial terms, NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, SaaS and cloud agreements, order forms, DPAs, amendments, renewals, and other vendor agreements • Review and negotiate information security, data protection, confidentiality, insurance, liability, and other risk provisions • Negotiate commercial terms, identify cost savings or avoidance opportunities, and escalate exceptions outside established authority • Proactively manage contract renewals, obligations, and key dates • Manage day-to-day TPRM activities, including vendor intake, risk determination, due diligence coordination, documentation, monitoring, and reassessments • Manage subcontracting plan compliance, including documentation, tracking, deadlines, and reporting • Maintain contract, TPRM, and compliance records for reporting, compliance, and audit readiness • Collaborate with stakeholders during negotiations to understand business needs, evaluate terms and tradeoffs, incorporate feedback, and resolve agreements • Mentor junior team members and support additional contracting and compliance activities

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of relevant experience in contracts, procurement, compliance, third-party risk management, or a related function • Substantial hands-on experience independently reviewing and negotiating vendor contracts and NDAs across different agreement types • Experience reviewing and negotiating vendor provisions related to information security, data protection, confidentiality, and risk • Foundational knowledge of third-party risk management, vendor due diligence, and common information security concepts and terminology • Ability to independently manage multiple contracts, renewals, compliance activities, and deadlines • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and contract management, task/workflow management, CRM, or similar business systems • Proficiency using AI tools for professional work, including critically evaluating and validating AI-generated output • Experience supporting TPRM operations, including vendor intake, due diligence, monitoring, or reassessments • Knowledge of GSA subcontracting plan requirements or experience supporting subcontracting plan compliance • Current recognized TPRM certification, or willingness to obtain one within six months of hire with Fortress sponsorship • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional work experience required • Must undergo a drug test if given a conditional offer • Must be authorized to work in the United States as indicated by participation in E-Verify for all new hires
