EIT Urban Mobility setzt sich für die Dekarbonisierung des Mobilitätssektors ein und beschleunigt den Übergang zu nachhaltiger urbaner Mobilität. Als kollaboratives Netzwerk verbindet die Organisation öffentliche Verwaltungen, Forschungseinrichtungen, Universitäten, Startups und weitere Stakeholder, um Innovationen im Mobilitätssektor voranzutreiben. Mit verschiedenen Bildungsprogrammen, Accelerator-Initiativen und dem Austausch von Wissen trägt EIT Urban Mobility dazu bei, die Lebensqualität in Städten zu steigern, indem die Entwicklung und Skalierung nachhaltiger Mobilitätslösungen in europäischen Städten unterstützt wird.

Beschreibung

• Build the activities of EIT Hub UK as a global outreach location of EIT • Establish the Hub’s position as a bridge between European and UK innovation ecosystems • Execute and optimize EIT Hub UK’s programme portfolio • Manage budget planning and implementation in compliance with Horizon Europe requirements • Build a network/start-up community of stakeholders from the UK and EU • Attract new partners, opportunities, and clients for the hub through events and networking • Implement business models and establish the Hub’s financial sustainability • Report to the EIT Community and EIT Urban Mobility’s Hub West Management • Support EIT initiatives in the UK ecosystem and connect UK and EU stakeholders • Raise awareness of EIT in the UK and increase opportunities and engagement in the UK market • Track, communicate, and disseminate case studies and success stories • Coordinate locally crafted programmes connecting the UK market with European stakeholders • Serve as the central contact gateway for pan-European and British stakeholders to EIT Community programmes in the UK • Collaborate with internal and external partners in the UK and various European locations

🎯 Anforderungen

• At least 6-8 years of management experience in innovation program/accelerator/venture capital or equivalent experience • Proven team and people management experience • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree – Master/MBA is an advantage • Deep engagement with the UK innovation ecosystem • Strong, active relationship with local sources of capital for potential developments • International business development/project management experience, preferably with the European market • Comfortable managing multiple projects and driving initiatives through a complex organization • Tech-savvy and strong communication ability • Result-driven, practical, creative, fast thinker • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English • Understanding of Horizon Europe implementation rules, project delivery, and reporting requirements is desirable • Experience with Knowledge and Innovation Communities (KICs) is desirable • Experience working in a multinational, multicultural environment is desirable • Must be a UK national or have a working permit valid to work in the United Kingdom • Must enjoy full rights as citizens
