Beschreibung

• Ensure all activities align with the vision of Elara Caring’s board of directors, executive team, and Compliance leadership • Assist with developing and maintaining policies, procedures, and forms for PCS providers to ensure regulatory compliance • Conduct regulatory research and review annual policies and forms against evolving standards • Assist agencies with survey preparedness, survey support, and survey-required action plans • Perform second-level reviews and document audit findings for PCS Quality & Compliance leadership • Escalate significant compliance, billing, or business risks to executive leadership • Participate in initial and ongoing training on regulatory, billing, and accreditation requirements • Support special projects, cross-training, and continuous improvement of the compliance program, including audit and risk-prevention planning • Maintain quality, accuracy, and timeliness in job functions • Promote Elara Caring’s philosophy, mission statement, and administrative policies to ensure quality of care • Maintain patient and staff privacy and confidentiality under the HIPAA Privacy Final Rule • Perform other assigned duties and projects

🎯 Anforderungen

• Completion of an accredited Registered Nurse (RN) and/or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) program • Minimum of five (5) years of professional nursing experience while holding an active, unrestricted RN and/or LPN license • 5+ years experience in Personal Care Services is preferred but not required • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams • Understanding of Federal and State healthcare laws and regulations pertaining to fraud, waste and abuse prevention and patient privacy rights and protections • Ability and willingness to travel up to 10% • Must have a dependable vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance in accordance with the laws of the State • Ability to sit, stand, bend, lift and move intermittently and lift at least 25lbs • Ability to move equipment and supplies necessary for job functions
