Beschreibung

• Evolve and commercialize Ensono’s Mainframe as a Service portfolio by turning AI and platform capabilities into sellable managed services • Adapt managed service offerings to new platform capabilities and AI-enabled delivery improvements • Update service descriptions, SOW constructs, feature definitions, pricing models, SKU structures, packaging tiers, and bundles • Develop scalable costing and pricing approaches incorporating automation and AI-driven efficiencies • Productize services into tiered, differentiated offerings and translate technical capabilities into measurable client value propositions • Develop standardized proposal constructs, pricing guidance, product positioning, messaging, and sales enablement materials • Own the commercialization roadmap and full product lifecycle from ideation through availability to retirement • Assess and integrate third-party vendor capabilities, manage technology-partner relationships, and protect service differentiation and margins • Package and monetize use cases based on Telum, Spyre, and next-generation mainframe capabilities • Work with Engineering and Architecture to ensure offerings are deployable, supportable, and scalable • Partner with Sales on outcomes-led selling, deal-cycle pricing guidance, packaging, and commercial clarity • Conduct customer discovery, monitor competitors, and convert market signals into roadmap and packaging decisions • Align Product, Consulting, Pricing, Finance, Delivery/Operations, and Sales on offerings, pricing, and delivery

🎯 Anforderungen

• 7–10+ years in Product Management or Service Portfolio Management, with ownership of commercial offer development in managed or technology services • Strong managed services experience across mainframe, infrastructure, or SRE services • Understanding of how managed service offers are structured, sold, and delivered • Proven pricing and commercialization expertise, including productizing custom services into standardized offerings • Experience developing or influencing costing and pricing models • Commercial and financial acumen in cost-to-serve modeling, pricing strategy, and margin optimization • Ability to translate technical capabilities into clear packaging and sellable value propositions • Understanding of automation and AI efficiencies for cost-to-serve and service design • Cross-organizational experience across Product, Finance, and Delivery • Ability to lead cross-functional meetings and drive decisions and ownership • Ownership of roadmaps, dependencies, and delivery progress • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent demonstrated experience • Preferred: Mainframe ecosystem knowledge including IBM Z, z/OS, CICS, and Db2; IBM LinuxONE experience • Preferred: Infrastructure Managed Services and/or SRE or Application Services experience • Preferred: Familiarity with AIOps, automation, and developer productivity • Preferred: Vendor ecosystem familiarity including IBM, ISVs, observability, security, and DevOps tooling • Preferred: Familiarity with Telum, Spyre, and embedded AI processing
