Beschreibung

• Design, build, implement, and support enterprise AI agents for customers in Finance, Human Resources, and Operations • Work directly with multiple US-based customers • Deliver scalable, production-grade AI solutions using modern Large Language Models, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Hexagonal Architecture • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI agent implementations

🎯 Anforderungen

• 10+ years of software engineering / IT experience • Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience developing Generative AI or Agentic AI solutions • Strong proficiency in Python • Strong SQL skills • Full stack development experience (Backend: Python, FastAPI, Flask, Node.js, .NET, or similar; Frontend: React, Angular, Vue, JavaScript / TypeScript) • Deep experience with Large Language Models and AI platforms • Strong experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) • Hands-on experience with vector database technologies such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus • Familiarity with financial systems, HR systems, or operational platforms • Strong communication and documentation skills • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced client-facing environment • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to business users • Ability to manage multiple customer implementations and support engagements simultaneously • Strong ownership mindset and attention to detail
