Beschreibung

• Develop and support proprietary applications, websites, and services using React • Serve as a technical lead directing development efforts of internal and external team members to deliver products and features on time • Maintain ownership of codebase architecture and quality • Develop software to modernize Healthcare IT • Mentor junior and mid-level engineers • Assist with task planning, estimation, scheduling, and staffing • Work with third-party vendors and customers to support hardware on the eVisit platform • Evaluate processes, tools, and approaches to improve product development • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of experience building enterprise web applications • Strong proficiency in React, Redux, RTK, and their ecosystems • Solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS • Deep understanding of modern web application architecture, API design patterns, performance, and scale • Experience with WebSocket, WebRTC, Twilio, video conferencing protocols and systems is a plus • Driven to own processes and deliver solutions • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills • Ability to evolve strategy based on research, data, and industry trends • Strong communication and organizational skills • Experience in regulated environments, including healthcare, HL7, or EMRs, is nice to have • Experience with Ruby is nice to have • Experience with EHR and EMR platforms is nice to have
