Beschreibung

• Assist customers with orders, refunds, and product-related inquiries by phone, chat, and email • Provide timely and effective solutions to ensure positive customer experiences • Maintain extensive knowledge of company products through training and educational resources • Facilitate returns and replacements • Coordinate with the warehouse on shipping and inventory management • Respond to customer feedback-page emails • Address customer service issues in Power Reviews • Moderate social media channels • Publish or unpublish reviews and filter inappropriate content • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and share product knowledge • Help customers make informed decisions about outdoor activities and resolve website, returns, exchanges, lost-shipment, and related difficulties • Adapt responsibilities to evolving needs, including membership additions and seasonal workload shifts • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Anforderungen

• Must be available evenings, weekends, and some holidays • Enjoy talking to people on the phone and working in front of a computer • Passion for the outdoor industry, associated activities, and the gear sold • Advanced bike knowledge is a huge plus • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail • Effective sales and soft skills techniques • Ability to multitask in a high-energy, fast-paced, omni-channel retail environment • Experience with Microsoft Office applications: Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel • Consistent high-speed internet connection • Embodies, honors, and lives the company’s core values, The Great 8 • High school diploma (nice to have) • Fluency in a foreign language (nice to have) • Outdoor industry or retail experience (nice to have) • Experience with Shopify and/or Gladly (nice to have)
