Beschreibung

• Execute procedures supporting EVOTEK’s strategic sourcing and reseller renewals business • Process client orders efficiently and accurately through quote-to-cash and procure-to-pay cycles • Liaise with Sales, Finance, Engineering, Legal, Channel Partners, Solution Delivery, and customers • Request and provide customer renewal quotes 60 to 90+ days before support expiration • Maintain renewal databases with serial numbers and contract and support-date information • Obtain vendor order confirmations and support-date information • Process orders with suppliers and review auto-renewal manufacturers • Coordinate Bills of Material, deal registration, quoting, ordering, returns, and order tracking • Maintain vendor portal and promotion knowledge and ensure vendor compliance • Issue purchase orders according to internal policies • Execute quote-to-order processes and present pricing, credit, and terms • Process complex pricing and contracting scenarios and obtain exception approvals • Engage Partner Operations and Legal for onboarding, reviews, contract negotiations, and terms • Participate in onboarding new sales operations employees and maintain standard operating procedures • Support colleagues’ workloads, backlog reviews, reporting, customer orders, booking tracking, deal financials, and gross-profit tracking • Own assigned sales representative account activity and act as a bridge between sales and operational support • Expand specialization across renewals, MPS, referrals, RMAs, and services

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of Sales Operations experience in the technology industry supporting multiple channel partners and distributors • Demonstrated success in customer success, quoting, order entry, procurement, account management, or a related field • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills • Highly organized, detail-oriented, with excellent time-management and prioritization skills • Ability to work independently with self-motivation, initiative, and advanced problem-solving skills • Excellent Microsoft Office skills with advanced Excel experience • Ability to perform complex tasks and prioritize multiple projects • Analytical reasoning, creativity, conceptual ability, critical thinking, and judgment skills • Experience with CRM and ERP systems such as Salesforce.com, CPQ, and NetSuite • Experience with vendor portals
