Beschreibung

• Join Experian as a Senior Director of Demand Generation and help shape the future of our Insurance growth strategy. • Lead cross-channel demand generation efforts, guide experimentation and optimization, and partner with analytics and product teams to bring measurable, scalable impact. • Manage a team with direct reports and report to our Vice President, Insurance Services. • Evaluate and pilot new acquisition channels, platforms, and lead sources in partnership with channel owners. • Design structured test-and-learn frameworks for exploratory channels. • Build channel pilot plans and strategy, success criteria, and scale or kill recommendations. • Improve execution standards across channel owners and performance marketing teams, ensuring best practices in optimization, testing, and scaling. • Partner with analytics and decision science teams to improve targeting, segmentation, and lead scoring. • Establish experimentation frameworks across channels.

🎯 Anforderungen

• 10+ years of experience in performance marketing or growth • Experience managing vendor relationships • Experience launching and scaling new channels • Knowledge of personal lines insurance industry and competitive landscape • Demonstrated analytical and project management skills • Minor travel required
