Beschreibung

• Lead client-facing Order to Cash transformation engagements and define project objectives, deliverables, and outcomes • Assess current-state O2C processes, identify improvement opportunities, and develop future-state operating models • Identify improvement opportunities using automation, orchestration, and AI • Drive transformation initiatives across billing, invoicing, collections, cash application, deductions management, dispute resolution, and revenue accounting • Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to gather requirements, define process improvements, and develop implementation roadmaps • Facilitate workshops with finance, accounts receivable, customer service, sales operations, and shared service teams • Translate business requirements into functional designs, process flows, user stories, testing scenarios, and deployment plans • Support system implementation, configuration, testing, and adoption across O2C technology platforms • Identify opportunities to improve working capital, accelerate cash collection, reduce aging receivables, and enhance operational performance • Manage project risks, dependencies, and issue resolution while providing updates to client and engagement leadership • Lead and mentor junior team members • Support business development activities, including proposals, solution demonstrations, estimates, and client presentations • Collaborate with client teams across multiple locations and travel to client sites as needed

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or a related field • Approximately 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in Order to Cash, Accounts Receivable, Revenue Operations, Finance Transformation, Shared Services, or Consulting • Experience leading or supporting O2C transformation initiatives across invoicing, billing, collections, cash application, deductions, and revenue accounting • Hands-on experience with ERP and revenue management platforms such as SAP, HighRadius, Zuora, or similar solutions • Understanding of leading AI platforms and models, including prompting related to process improvement and order to cash insights • Strong understanding of end-to-end revenue cycle processes and related controls • Experience producing process maps, business requirements, functional specifications, test plans, training materials, and implementation documentation • Strong stakeholder management and client-facing consulting experience • Ability and willingness to work directly with clients and travel as required by engagement needs; travel can range up to 60% • Experience supporting global business services or shared services transformations • Experience with process automation, AI-enabled finance operations, or intelligent workflow solutions • Knowledge of working capital optimization and cash flow improvement strategies • Experience with analytics and reporting solutions supporting accounts receivable operations • Experience supporting large-scale ERP or finance transformation programs • Relevant certifications in SAP, Agile, Project Management, or Finance Transformation (ideally)
