Beschreibung

• Lead and develop a high-performing team supporting GM’s dealer network • Drive parts revenue, customer-pay repair orders, customer retention, tools and equipment utilization, technician training, and warranty administration • Identify product quality concerns and enhance customer satisfaction for GM’s premium brand • Lead, coach, and develop Sales and Service Professionals to execute strategic initiatives and achieve performance goals • Establish team norms that foster productivity, inclusivity, and respect for individuality and diversity • Build a customer-centric culture focused on empowerment, accountability, results, continuous improvement, and change management • Own Zone revenue, customer retention, and overall customer experience • Stay current on GM and automotive-industry developments and adapt processes, systems, and tools • Analyze dealer marketing and merchandising strategies and recommend ways to increase service-lane traffic and profitability • Oversee business-plan execution and implement countermeasures to address challenges and promote innovation • Monitor and achieve KPIs including SRT, NPS, customer retention, STS compliance, EV training and compliance, Workplace of Choice, engagement, Direct Leaders Index, and participation • Apply knowledge of service and parts operations, automotive parts and service systems, dealer operating reports, fixed-operations analysis tools, profit-department structures, and consultative selling techniques

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience • 7+ years of experience in Sales, Service, or Operations with a proven track record of driving revenue growth • 3+ years of experience leading, coaching, and developing a team preferred • Strong automotive industry knowledge and business acumen, including service operations, warranty processes, and customer experience management • Ability to travel up to 50% • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools • Must currently reside within the assigned territory or be willing to relocate to Sacramento, CA or a surrounding area approved by leadership within 60 days of the start date • Must not require GM immigration sponsorship now or in the future • Ability to legally operate a motor vehicle regularly and successfully complete a Motor Vehicle Report review
