Beschreibung

• Execute Snowflake European alliance strategy and objectives • Facilitate top-to-top Snowflake relationships and program management • Execute European geographic governance activities • Drive disciplined governance and accountability across EY service lines, practices, sectors, accounts, regions, and Snowflake counterparts • Execute Snowflake business reviews and provide insights to European alliance executives • Drive local Super Region activation and compliance with Snowflake partner programs • Deliver alliance intelligence with complete and accurate financial reporting • Activate new countries and regions with appropriate governance, business plans, executive relationships, operating cadence, and alliance contracts • Drive compliance with internal policies and requirements • Collaborate with enablement and Brand, Marketing and Communication teams on European marketing messaging and materials • Execute local alliance marketing activities with local alliance and BMC executives • Contribute content, knowledge sharing, and market insights to the Global Alliance and Ecosystem Relationship network • Coordinate with Snowflake Global and Region Alliance Leadership, Snowflake counterparts, and EY alliance and account teams • Travel as required

🎯 Anforderungen

• Ability to manage multiple activities and provide enablement across relationship management, governance, marketing strategy, contract management, financial management, content management, and operational support • Strong relationship-building skills and highly organized approach • Understanding of Snowflake technology and the business benefits of relevant Snowflake products and solutions • Experience in alliance management or business development for a technology or professional services company • Demonstrated success building and nurturing win-win alliance relationships • Strong networking and influence management skills • Ability to drive actions to outcomes and deliver results across organizational boundaries • Highly credible communicator with excellent organization and project management skills • Proven track record delivering alliance sales and revenues • Self-starter able to work independently while communicating progress and challenges • Comfortable escalating complex issues with recommendations to leadership • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask across multiple projects • Ability to adapt approach when working with people with different personalities, cultures, and working styles • Ability to work in the European time zone • Willingness to travel
