Beschreibung

• Drive sales growth efficiently and within budget across the assigned territory • Meet sales targets for New Business and Wellness Sales at each shelter • Manage approximately 10–12 Shelter Sales Agents • Hire, develop, train, and support Shelter Sales Agents selling in shelters • Develop and maintain relationships with shelter leadership and adoption teams • Manage administrative tasks and responsibilities related to territory management • Assess partner needs through onsite visits and follow-up meetings • Communicate Fetch’s competitive advantages and understand Fetch and competitor pet health insurance products • Identify new-business opportunities and escalate them to management • Manage the expense budget and submit monthly reports • Continuously exceed customer expectations

🎯 Anforderungen

• Demonstrated success managing and developing teams of sales representatives, agents, or producers, with accountability for coaching, performance, and results in performance-based environments • Must have or obtain within 30 days of hire a valid Property & Casualty (P&C) license in the employee’s state of residence • Must have access to a reliable automobile • Must be willing to travel within the territory, to corporate headquarters, and as needed to events and/or conferences
