Beschreibung

• Manage assigned digital platforms, including roadmap development, feature prioritization, and lifecycle planning • Conduct ROI analysis, market research, and business case development for platform enhancements • Identify opportunities to improve client experience through digital solutions • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to support campaigns and training that drive platform adoption • Partner with IT, Operations, Compliance, and other stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of platform initiatives • Support vendor relationships and contribute to contract reviews and roadmap alignment • Monitor platform performance metrics and user feedback to inform enhancements • Report findings and performance to key stakeholders • Track KPIs and report progress toward strategic goals • Recommend and implement process enhancements that improve efficiency and reduce friction in digital experiences • Develop, publish, and maintain product documentation, training materials, and supporting artifacts • Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned platforms • Ensure platform initiatives comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies • Partner with Risk and Compliance teams to assess and mitigate risks • Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies, including AI, to identify future opportunities

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field OR an associate degree/two years of college + two (2) years of related work/military experience OR four (4) years of related work/military experience • A minimum of five (5) years of experience in product management, project management, business analysis, project coordination, operations, or related roles • Relevant certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Six Sigma, or Agile (e.g., Certified Product Owner, Scaled Agile Framework, etc.) • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the ability to distill complex information into actionable insights • Commitment to the mission and values of the organization • High degree of integrity, discretion, and professionalism • Collaborative and team-oriented approach to partnerships • Ability to work independently and thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments • Empathetic and mission-driven, prioritizing relationships built on respect and compassion • Demonstrated exceptional organizational, time management, and attention to detail
