Beschreibung

• Lead and mentor developers through regular 1:1s, coaching, technical guidance, and career development support. • Drive technical architecture and engineering decisions across products and platforms, balancing scalability, performance, maintainability, and business goals. • Lead technical discussions, planning sessions, and solution design reviews across engineering and cross-functional teams. • Partner closely with product, design, leadership, and stakeholders to align technical strategy with roadmap priorities and long-term business objectives. • Develop and maintain modern web applications. • Establish and promote engineering best practices, focusing on code quality, system reliability, observability, performance, and sustainable development practices. • Facilitate technical feedback through code reviews, pair programming, architecture reviews, and collaborative problem-solving. • Coordinate and communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing visibility into technical initiatives, risks, trade-offs, and delivery timelines. • Support delivery planning, prioritization, and execution while helping teams navigate ambiguity and evolving requirements. • Drive adoption of AI-assisted development, agentic workflows, and automation to improve engineering efficiency and developer experience.

🎯 Anforderungen

• 7+ years of experience building highly performant and scalable web applications. • Previous experience leading engineering teams or serving in a technical leadership capacity. • Strong proficiency in React, Next.js, TypeScript, GraphQL and REST APIs. • Experience with Django and Python development • Experience designing scalable system architectures and making long-term technical decisions. • Experience working closely with product managers, designers, and business stakeholders. • Experience with AWS and cloud-native application development. • Experience with sophisticated application state management, such as Apollo Client or Redux. • Experience with Docker, containerization, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development workflows. • Proven track record leading high-performing engineering teams and delivering complex technical initiatives. • Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. • Familiarity with AI-driven development workflows, automation, and developer productivity tooling. • Strong understanding of security, reliability, and performance best practices in modern web development. • No sponsorship is available for this position. • Must reside in, or be willing to relocate to, one of the specified states for employment.
