Beschreibung

• Lead deep market and competitive analysis to identify whitespace opportunities and growth vectors • Synthesize Voice of Customer, industry trends, and market insights into strategic opportunities • Qualify and prioritize ideas by sizing markets, defining customer problems, and estimating desirability, viability, and feasibility • Champion front-end innovation from concept ideation through business case validation • Develop product visions, multi-year roadmaps, and portfolio strategies • Define and prioritize high-impact problems and work with cross-functional teams to test prototypes • Build and present business cases with financial modeling and ROI justification • Drive product planning frameworks including segmentation and value proposition design • Define product line features and requirements priorities • Translate product vision into executable product requirements • Engage portfolio product managers and commercial teams to manage the product lifecycle • Establish portfolio prioritization frameworks balancing growth ideas with core business needs

🎯 Anforderungen

• MBA or equivalent strategic experience • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field • 5+ years of product management or market-focused experience in a B2B technical environment • Demonstrated success driving business growth through innovation and market-driven product planning • Strong experience with qualitative and quantitative market research methodologies • Proven ability to build business cases and influence investment decisions • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Preferred: experience in biomedical testing, healthcare technology, or radiation safety markets • Strategic thinking and strong front-end product planning capability • Analytical rigor and creative problem-solving • Ability to operate autonomously with high-level guidance • Ability to lead through influence across organizational levels • Knowledge and advanced usage of AI-based tools
