Beschreibung

• Help low-income families and individuals identify practical transportation solutions supporting employment and childcare needs • Provide case management and individualized support to identify transportation solutions related to employment and childcare • Coordinate vehicle repair, vehicle loan, and vehicle donation services, including eligibility, loan tracking, and repayment monitoring • Conduct customer interviews and assess available resources and job readiness • Help individuals explore practical options supporting personal, financial, and employment goals • Provide transportation, budgeting, and financial literacy education • Complete required participant data and Wisconsin Department of Transportation reporting • Build partnerships with employers, transportation providers, human service agencies, and community organizations • Strengthen and develop transportation solutions

🎯 Anforderungen

• Reside in Wisconsin • Associate degree with two years of work-related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience • Strong customer service, communication, organization, and time-management skills • Ability to coordinate multiple projects • Ability to work one-on-one with individuals to identify barriers, explore options, and develop practical solutions while maintaining confidentiality • Ability to build effective partnerships with businesses, transportation providers, human service agencies, and community organizations • Ability to deliver presentations or facilitate discussions • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and database systems • Accurate and efficient typing skills of at least 30 words per minute with 95% accuracy
