Beschreibung

• Promote assigned products and devices within the hospital setting • Act as the primary customer contact • Coordinate with company counterparts responsible for the account • Become certified to teach setup and utilization of the drug delivery device • Communicate product information and overcome customer objections • Understand disease states, therapeutic areas, market landscapes, and competing products • Use clinical data in the selling process • Analyze territory and account data to identify business opportunities • Prioritize sales activities, evaluate targets, meet goals, and track sales impact • Develop key opinion leaders and implement product-strategy programs to drive sales • Maintain relationships with internal colleagues and external healthcare professionals/customers • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, policies, and procedures • Meet expectations for speaker events and other available resources • Train all levels of users on the device • Serve neonatal healthcare professionals, physicians, mid-level providers, respiratory therapists, nurses, and hospital administrators

🎯 Anforderungen

• B.A. or B.S. degree in a relevant field and 2+ years of recent hospital sales experience, or 5+ years of specialty sales experience • In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, an Associate’s Degree and 5+ years of successful, proven pharmaceutical or industry-equivalent experience within hospitals/institutions • Current experience within the territory and customer knowledge highly preferred • Strong technical and clinical presentation and selling skills • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills • Proven track record of sales success and strong business acumen • Excellent planning and organizational skills • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills • Valid driver’s license • Required to pass all product training testing • Willingness to undertake overnight travel • Excellent computer skills • M.B.A. a plus • Academic and community institutional selling experience preferred • Institutional contracting process experience preferred • Respiratory Therapy experience in institutions preferred • Ventilator sales/field experience preferred
