Beschreibung

• Define the long-term technical vision and architectural roadmap for FuzeRx’s B2B and consumer digital pharmacy platforms • Drive decisions around microservices design, API design, database schemas, and data pipelines • Write clean, optimized, maintainable code for critical system components • Establish engineering standards, lead rigorous code reviews, and advocate for modern testing practices • Own reliability and performance of core platforms • Diagnose and resolve complex systemic issues • Optimize heavy PostgreSQL workloads and architect high-throughput AWS infrastructure • Serve as a technical consultant and mentor across multiple agile squads • Break down large, ambiguous technical problems into actionable execution phases • Partner with Product Managers, Pharmacy Operations, and Engineering Managers on feasibility, roadmaps, and technology choices • Architect systems with privacy by design and ensure adherence to healthcare regulations including HIPAA and SOC2 • Evaluate emerging technologies, frameworks, and patterns • Build prototypes and proofs-of-concept to de-risk new initiatives

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience) • 8+ years of progressive experience in software engineering • At least 2+ years acting as a Tech Lead, Architect, or Staff Engineer designing complex systems • Proven track record designing, building, and scaling high-volume API-led transactional or logistical platforms • Experience building LLM-enabled applications, including orchestration, evaluation, and observability tools such as LangGraph, Mastra, Temporal, LangChain, Vercel AI SDK, Braintrust, or Langfuse • Strong relational database skills, including query optimization and data modeling • Knowledge of cloud-native infrastructure tools such as Terraform, Kubernetes, and Helm • Exceptional ability to articulate complex architectural trade-offs to technical and non-technical stakeholders • Demonstrated success collaborating with Product Management, Design, and other business partners • Standard business hours availability and availability for critical tier-3 escalation architecture support if needed • Significant product development experience with Ruby, Python, and/or TypeScript/JavaScript • Prior engineering experience in Pharmacy Tech, Digital Health, or highly regulated FinTech/HealthTech environments preferred • History of leading major architecture modernization projects preferred • Ability to perform the listed physical requirements, including extended computer-terminal work and moving light objects up to 20 pounds • Must reside in one of the specified eligible U.S. states • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; no visa sponsorship, transfer, or takeover available
