Beschreibung

• Propose, design, integrate, and deliver mission-critical software systems for classified, contested, and disconnected environments • Architect and deliver end-to-end mission software solutions across cloud, edge, and on-premises environments for DoD customers, from concept through ATO • Serve as technical authority for solution design across cloud, edge, and on-premises environments • Partner with Business Development, the CTO organization, and program leadership to shape opportunities, respond to solicitations, and grow the mission software pipeline • Establish and champion AI-assisted DevSecOps, automated CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, Agile delivery, and modern engineering practices • Apply AI and machine learning to accelerate software delivery, improve decision support, and solve operational problems for warfighters • Set technical standards and influence mission software direction across GDIT's Defense portfolio • Collaborate with systems engineering, cybersecurity, and DevSecOps teams to deliver ATO-ready mission software • Communicate complex architectures to technical and non-technical audiences

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree required • 3+ years of experience using AI for software development • Secret clearance required to start • Must be able to obtain and maintain Top Secret/SCI clearance • US citizenship required • Experience architecting large-scale software systems • Modular Open Systems Approach experience • Full-stack software development experience • Experience writing DoD proposals and whitepapers • Agile DevSecOps with automated CI/CD • Experience with AI-assisted DevSecOps • Cloud architecture • Infrastructure as Code • Understanding of Model-Based Systems Engineering ideal • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Software architecture across microservices, event-driven systems, and modular monoliths • Mission-focused mindset with strong operational empathy • Ability to communicate complex architectures to technical and non-technical audiences • Ability to operate with ambiguity and in high-consequence environments • 25% CONUS travel or more as required by customer and project requirements • Familiarity with Python 3.12+, Django, PostgreSQL, Redis 7, Keycloak 24, OPA, Celery, React 18+, Vite, Material-UI, TanStack Query, React Router v6, Reactflow, Docker, Docker Compose, Kubernetes, Nginx Reverse Proxy, and Mailpit
