Beschreibung

• Maintain the Salesforce product roadmap and prioritize enterprise features, enhancements, products, and tools based on business value • Act as the voice of the customer and liaison between business users, IT teams, and Salesforce developers • Elicit and document requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and data analysis • Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications • Collaborate with Salesforce administrators, developers, testers, and solution architects throughout delivery phases • Lead enterprise backlog grooming, sprint planning, and user acceptance testing • Provide schedule inputs, risk alerts, and status reporting to program management • Work complex helpdesk cases for assigned product and program areas • Support demos, briefings, and presentations to CMS and internal leadership • Synthesize user needs, policy constraints, technical considerations, and program deadlines • Ensure clarity, accuracy, and efficiency of technical processes and documentation • Maintain standard operating procedures, workflows, process and email templates, architectural updates, SDD documentation, security testing documentation, and TRB documentation • Document meeting minutes, action items, and blockers and ensure timely follow-up • Lead the evolution of the Salesforce platform supporting CMS PSP and EDGE programs • Participate in technical tasks and lead development and infrastructure projects across the FSSSO program enterprise

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree • 9+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role • Experience supporting APIs, system integrations, and/or data exchange • In-depth experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools, including Jira and Confluence • Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment • Experience leading large teams and managing work and action items for 7+ projects simultaneously • Ability to prioritize and rapidly adjust to changing priorities • Excellent oral, written, and presentation communication skills • Ability to communicate complex technical topics to stakeholders, management levels, and non-technical audiences • Ability to independently lead development and architecture meetings • Ability to gather and analyze information, develop alternative solutions, and resolve issues with minimal oversight • Experience with CMS or a similar federal agency, preferably within HHS • General understanding of CMS Section 508 compliance requirements • Must have resided in the U.S. for 3 out of the last 5 years • Must be willing and able to obtain a CMS Public Trust clearance • No current clearance required; no clearance certification required • Preferred: hands-on Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Experience Cloud, and/or Lightning Components experience • Preferred: active Salesforce certification(s) • Preferred: hands-on Snowflake, AWS, and OWN experience • Preferred: hands-on automation testing script development experience • Preferred: experience with software DevSecOps/DevOps pipeline processes and tools • Work visa sponsorship will not be provided
