Beschreibung

• Support the operational management and continuous improvement of commercial digital platforms • Drive platform stability, reliability, and scalability through standardized operating procedures and governance practices • Monitor operational performance metrics, service levels, and platform health indicators • Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and implement process improvements • Establish and maintain standard work practices that improve consistency and execution quality • Identify operational risks and drive mitigation activities • Manage operational activities across the customer lifecycle, including pre-deal assessments, implementation readiness, go-live coordination, and post-launch reviews • Ensure operational readiness across internal teams before customer deployments and launches • Coordinate launch activities and transition plans for customer onboarding and adoption • Develop and maintain repeatable execution models • Facilitate cross-functional readiness reviews and governance meetings • Implement and maintain operational processes, tools, and workflows supporting platform delivery and customer success • Track program milestones, dependencies, risks, and action plans • Prepare operational metrics, performance reporting, and status updates for governance reviews • Ensure adherence to operational standards, policies, and best practices • Document and continuously improve operating procedures and service delivery processes • Analyze operational and customer performance data to identify improvement opportunities • Drive initiatives improving efficiency, quality, scalability, and customer outcomes • Support root-cause analysis and corrective action planning • Develop reporting mechanisms for platform health, customer readiness, and operational performance • Promote operational excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement

🎯 Anforderungen

• Degree or background in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or a related field (listed under Desired Qualifications) • Experience in digital platform operations, program management, customer success operations, implementation management, or operational excellence roles • Experience working in cross-functional environments supporting enterprise software, SaaS, digital services, or healthcare technology platforms • Experience in Cyber operations, AWS disciplines, Cloud operations and deployment, IT infrastructure and governance • Strong project and program management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills • Experience supporting commercial digital products or healthcare technology solutions (Preferred Qualifications) • Knowledge of Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, ITIL, or related operational methodologies (Preferred Qualifications) • Experience managing customer onboarding, implementation, or go-live activities (Preferred Qualifications) • Familiarity with operational reporting, KPI management, and governance processes (Preferred Qualifications) • Commitment to company behaviors: humility, trust, transparency, focus, ownership, and integrity
